• Download from  

  Precompiled binaries are available for WIndows, Linux/i686, Linux/AMD64 and Linux/IA64. These also include a sample options file, a sample perl script to run the program, a tutorial and an R script for processing output.

  If you want a version for another platform, you will need to compile from source - download the latest hapmixmap-x.x-src.tar.gz, unpack and follow the instructions in the INSTALL file.
